Shipping policy

We offer FREE DELIVERY for orders over $1,500. For orders below $1,500, a delivery charge of $170 will apply for Hong Kong Island, Kowloon area, and New Territories.

*Extra surcharge shall apply to remote areas in New Territories.

All orders placed before 2 pm can be delivered the next working day. (From Monday - Friday)
All orders placed after 2 pm from Friday to Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Delivery service is not available under the below conditions:

1. non-permanent address, restricted areas, outlying islands, ports, marinas and warehouses;
2. premises above the 4th floor of a building which are not accessible by elevator for delivery of 5 cases or more; and

Please contact us for any special arrangements, wines will be shipped only after all extra surcharges are received (if needed).

All Customers are requested to examine the goods immediately upon collection or delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims (if any) must be logged within three days after delivery, otherwise, any deficiencies or damages shall be deemed to have occurred thereafter.
